Week 1

After the first meeting in Odin's Hall, the big news is that the first mission of the godlings happened, to Valhalla in Asgard to train with the Einherjar. Things didn’t go as smoothly as planned, as some Jotun crashed the training session. They claimed to be mercenaries working for a godling, who proved to be a lokiling trying to spread propaganda among the Einherjar about Ragnarok. The valiant godlings swiftly chased the lokiling off.

They then went to Midgard to investigate rumours of more lokiling interference there. They indeed found a lokiling on Midgard trying to convert Midgardians to Loki worship. This one they dispatched and killed, then returned to Asgard.

In other news, Jotunheim is reportedly in a state of strife of sorts due to several issues. Utgard Utgardson is said to be having trouble keeping the Jotun in line, the appearance of Jotun in Valhalla has caused some concern, and to add fuel to the fire rumours whisper that some godlings have been raiding Jotunheim collecting gruesome trophies.

Freyja has extended an invitation to the godlings to attend at her Hall in Vanaheim to discuss upcoming expeditions - one to Jotunheim to address the diplomatic issues there, and a dangerous expedition to Niflheim to gather resources for the godlings’ future endeavours.

Week 2

After a diplomatic mission by the godlings to Jotunheim to a lengthy moot interrupted by an assassination, Skadi is now on the throne of Jotunheim, with Thrym as her oathsworn champion and general. Utgard, ever the pragmatist, has graciously stepped down into the shadows, and Jotunheim is now reasonably united.

In other news the godlings went into Niflheim on an expedition to gather resources and maybe see Fenrir. Unfortunately Fenrir was out of reach, but reputedly many resources were found after much epic struggle.

With both Jotunheim and Midgard seemingly stable, things seem to be quiet for now. Maybe too quiet.

For the next meeting Frig has invited the godlings to Fensalir in Asgard to take advantage of the pause to regroup and plan.

Week 3

It was a quiet week until all Muspelheim broke loose among the Alfar. Reports are that after some sort of internal conflict the realm of Alfheim has had a radical shift in policy towards xenophobia. The godlings have been invited clandestinely to the realm to investigate.

Meanwhile in unrelated news, preparations are going ahead for a dangerous expedition to the deep oceans of Midgard.

Finally, Hel has invited the godlings to her domain for the next meeting. You can probably leave again…

Week 4

News around Asgard is that the godlings' Operation Snake to the floor of Midgard’s oceans was successful and that a scale of Jormungandr was indeed retrieved.

The situation in Alfheim has neither improved nor deteriorated. The godlings made contact with some sympathisers but rumour has it things didn’t go entirely as planned in a few ways. Operation Sword did not yield a sword, there are two disunited anti-government groups in Alfheim, one of which is sympathetic to the godlings and the other not so much, and apparently a godling was seen snooping around the Lady of Light’s chambers, tanking the godlings’ official standing.

Idun has invited the godlings to her orchard for the next meeting. With no missions to the Realms planned it should be a quiet week.
