Week 1

The big news is that the first mission of the godlings happened, to Valhalla in Asgard to train with the Einherjar. Things didn’t go as smoothly as planned, as some Jotun crashed the training session. They claimed to be mercenaries working for a godling, who proved to be a lokiling trying to spread propaganda among the Einherjar about Ragnarok. The valiant godlings swiftly chased the lokiling off.

They then went to Midgard to investigate rumours of more lokiling interference there. They indeed found a lokiling on Midgard trying to convert Midgardians to Loki worship. This one they dispatched and killed, then returned to Asgard.

In other news, Jotunheim is reportedly in a state of strife of sorts due to several issues. Utgard Utgardson is said to be having trouble keeping the Jotun in line, the appearance of Jotun in Valhalla has caused some concern, and to add fuel to the fire rumours whisper that some godlings have been raiding Jotunheim collecting gruesome trophies.

Freyja has extended an invitation to the godlings to attend at her Hall in Vanaheim to discuss upcoming expeditions - one to Jotunheim to address the diplomatic issues there, and a dangerous expedition to Niflheim to gather resources for the godlings’ future endeavours.

Week 2

After a diplomatic mission by the godlings to Jotunheim to a lengthy moot interrupted by an assassination, Skadi is now on the throne of Jotunheim, with Thrym as her oathsworn champion and general. Utgard, ever the pragmatist, has graciously stepped down into the shadows, and Jotunheim is now reasonably united.

In other news the godlings went into Niflheim on an expedition to gather resources and maybe see Fenrir. Unfortunately Fenrir was out of reach, but reputedly many resources were found after much epic struggle.

With both Jotunheim and Midgard seemingly stable, things seem to be quiet for now. Maybe too quiet.

For the next meeting Frig has invited the godlings to Fensalir in Asgard to take advantage of the pause to regroup and plan.
